outside pastures where they are able to forage and
dust bathe to their heart’s content.
Mary’s chickens are air chilled which reduces the amount of
water absorbed by the chicken. This means more flavor and
less chance of bacteria. Air chilling also saves 30,000 gallons of
chlorinated water every day!
This 3rd generation family-owned ranch subscribes to the Global
Animal Partnership that works to improve animal agriculture.
Mary’s chickens are fed a vegetarian diet which contains no
GMOs, antibiotics or hormones and are gluten-free.
